Elbow Room Residency Series

BURNOUT is a new immersive installation created by Georgia Dawkin and Drew Pardy, who work under the moniker HOT 4 THE MOMENT. Using textiles, video, and performance, the installation compares car racing culture with notions of self-care. In their playful analysis, the artists delve into how the work of many women and creative professionals is commonly undervalued and leads to burnout.
