To assist with proactively preventing the spread of COVID-19, The Rooms will be closed until further notice.

How we will notify you of further updates
We will post all cancellation and closure information on The Rooms website as well as on The Rooms Facebook, Instagram Pages and on Twitter.

School and Group Reservations
New reservations for The Rooms school, and group programs have been suspended until further notice.

Revised Refund Policy
Until further notice, The Rooms has suspended its no refund policy on admission, event tickets and rentals, amid the global concerns related to the COVID-19 outbreak. Please be assured that we will be refunding all ticket sales associated with Rooms events and workshops. We do ask for your patience during this time, as we work through refunding our ticketed events in order of their upcoming performance dates.  Our staff are working diligently to return these amounts to our visitors as early as time and work schedules permit considering current work constraints in light of COVID-19.

Membership Extension 
In light of the recent closure of The Rooms in response to COVID-19, we will be extending all Rooms Memberships to compensate the length of time The Rooms remains closed.
