The Rooms is pleased to announce that in Spring 2013, the Elinor Gill Ratcliffe Gallery
will open an exhibition which will tell Newfoundland and Labrador's "Social History"
through stories of significant events, people, industries and traditions that have shaped
who we are as Newfoundlanders and Labradorians.
We will be selecting themes which reflect times of disappointment and loss, as well as,
celebration and pride - and we would like your input.

We would like to hear from you. What stories do you feel should be included?
EVENTS - for example: Confederation, Beaumont Hamel, Resettlement
PEOPLE - for example: Joey Smallwood
INDUSTRIES - for example: Fisheries, Hydro Electric, Pulp and Paper
CULTURAL TRADITIONS - for example: Language, Music, Food, Storytelling
