General admission fees do not apply to the Archives. For first time users of the Archives, there is an initial ten dollar fee to obtain a permanent Researcher Registration number. |
Parking
Please note, The Rooms has a 2-hour parking limit.

Hours of Operation
The Rooms is closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day, Good Friday, Remembrance Day. On July 1 and Labour Day, The Rooms is open from 12pm to 5pm.

The Rooms Cafe is open during The Rooms hours of operation, full menu service is available until an hour before closing each day...but the view is always open for your enjoyment! |

Tours are approximately 15 minutes in length and appointments are not necessary. Tours are included in the cost of admission to The Rooms. Tour are not offered during free admission periods.

Photography is permitted in the public areas and third floor of the Museum only; however, tripods are not permitted. Use of images from The Rooms must be approved. |

Lost & Found is located at the Information Desk on Level 1. |

The use of cellular phones is not permitted in any galleries or inside the Archives. |

Strollers and wheelchairs can be signed out free of charge from the Information Desk. |

Help us to preserve our treasures for future generations. Refrain from touching the objects on display, except where clearly permitted. |

Brief cases, backpacks and oversized bags are not permitted in the galleries or inside the Archives. Please check these with the Information Desk. Visitors to the Archives can access lockers on Level 3. |
