Parish Records Finding Aid
The Provincial Archives does not actively collect cemetery
records. The Family History Society does, however, maintain a
collection of headstone inscriptions from over 1000 cemeteries
throughout Newfoundland and Labrador. These inscriptions are
available at the Family History Society and the collection can
be searched on its' cemetery database.
The Provincial Archives has been given some records of
cemeteries by individuals or organizations.
